One 20ft container for most families. Mixed loads are fine — you can combine two or three product types in a single container as long as the total fills it.

We cut 100 × 100 mm swatches in the finish you need and send them by courier, usually inside 7 days. Sample cost is credited back against your first container.

Yes. Send a shop drawing, a packing list or even a marked-up photo. We quote line by line and flag anything that will not hold tolerance before you commit.

Roughly 15–25 days for cut-to-size and tiles after deposit, 7–15 days for slabs from stock, 20–30 days for carved pieces. The exact window is confirmed line by line on the quotation.

Xiamen — the port our yard ships through, and the main stone gateway for Fujian. FOB, CFR and CIF all work for us; if another Chinese port prices better for your lane, we will quote that instead.

30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy — T/T in USD. L/C at sight is accepted for larger contracts.

Standard bands are ±0.5 mm on thickness for 20 mm material, ±1 mm on length and width, and flatness inside 0.3%. Tighter or looser bands can be quoted — the number we actually work to is written on your confirmation sheet before production starts.

Our stone is supplied against the physical sample you approve. Where a project calls for CE marking or ASTM test reports, tell us the standard at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing what current third-party documentation covers — before you commit to an order.
