Mesh-backed cobbles are setts bonded to a sheet at the yard, so the layer sets a square metre at a time instead of one piece at a time. Thickness is 20 or 30 mm.
The mesh is what decides the joint width, so tell us the joint you want and it is set when the sheets are laid up.
